If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Bloomingails as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if preparation has not yet started.

Substitution Policy

For customized arrangements, flower varieties, colors, and materials may vary depending on seasonal and market availability. When necessary, Bloomingails may make reasonable substitutions using flowers or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement as closely as possible.
