Order and Delivery Schedule:

Quality and freshness are important to us.  Therefore, we limit our flower orders in a day.  We will try our best to accommodate all orders but we cannot promise to schedule everyone especially during special occasions.

Deliveries are done through local couriers like Lalamove or Grab, therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.  We will try our best to meet your time requirement but it will be dependent on availability of courier service.  We would be needing the full name of the recipient, the name of the person receiving the flowers on behalf of the recipient, contact number, and full address, etc.  Please put all the details on the Add a Note upon Checkout. (see complete details below.)

Returned deliveries will be charged a re-delivery fee accordingly including other delivery fees incurred if no one will receive the flowers despite prior confirmation.

 

Delivery Fees:

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders shipping within Metro Manila. 

For shipping to areas outside Metro Manila, please send us an inquiry for availability and rates. 

Pick-up option is also available at our head office in New Manila.  

 

Payments:

After confirmation of delivery schedule, we need to get your full payment. We accept payments via Bank Deposit, Paypal and Credit Card.  Kindly send us the deposit or transfer online slip and once verified, your order will be shipped according to schedule decided upon earlier.

Please let us know the complete and exact message you would like us to print on the gift card on the "Add A Note " section upon checkout.  If no message is given, we will just provide a generic card along this line:

Refund Policy

In case online payment has been made and schedule is not available, we will gladly refund your payment through your credit card via Paypal refund.  If payment was made through bank transfer, we will also refund to your bank account within 1 to 3 days.

If the flowers delivered were of poor quality and your recipient is not happy, we would also do a full refund provided that you send us a picture of the flowers in poor condition. Refund will be subject to inspection if there was a mistake or lapse on our part.

We will not be responsible anymore for the flowers once it has left our facility in good condition. Please keep the flowers away from heat, ripening fruits and wind.

As part of our quality control, we will take photos of all flowers before delivery and send to the one who ordered.

Notes:

Flowers are Seasonal


As much as we would love to give you exactly what is on the catalog at any given day, please note that flowers are seasonal and subject to availability due to weather conditions or delayed shipments. Do not worry though, if we are forced to substitute, we will replace flowers with the same or higher value and will not compromise the overall beauty and design of the chosen arrangement without prior notice. Thank you for your trust that we will delight your recipients regardless of some changes.

Force Majeure: In the event that there would be some delay or cancellation of deliveries, Bloomingails will not be held liable.

We cannot promise exact delivery time as we are relying on local couriers so please give us a window and adjust your requested delivery time accordingly. Better early than late.

In case of courier returns because the recipient is unavailable, we will charge re-delivery fee accordingly. Spoilage of flowers which remain undelivered because of receiver issues will be under the sole responsibility of the sender and not Bloomingailsph's.
